Credit is usually received right away by the recipient.
If not, check the following:
- Recipient’s mobile number is correct
- Recipient is registered with Careem
- Recipient’s Careem transaction history:
- Ask the recipient to select ‘Pay Wallet’ from the bottom bar on their app
- Scroll down and select ‘View all’ next to ‘Transactions’
- Check if the credit is received
