Support Inbox contains complaints you have raised through the app in the past 60 days. Here, you can see the latest status as well as read and reply to messages from our Care agents.
You can access the Support Inbox by following these steps:
- Go to profile section on the app
- Select ‘Help’
- Select ‘Read messages’ under the Support inbox section
Note that you cannot raise a new complaint from within the Support Inbox. You can only read or reply to existing ones.
