We ask Captains and customers to rate each other after each ride. This helps us create an awesome experience for both.
Your rating is measured out of 5 stars, and is an average of all the ratings you’ve received from Captains. Keep in mind that sometimes captains forget to rate the trips which may result in a decrease in the overall rating.
Not many people have a perfect rating, but simple things can make a big difference. Here are some tips to help you be a great Customer.
Say hello: Please take the time to politely greet your Captain. A simple ‘hello or ‘Salam’ is all it takes to start a great ride!
Make pickup easy for the Captain: Make sure you’ve entered the correct pickup location and be ready to go as soon as the Captain arrives, to avoid waiting times or illegal parking.
Respect the Captain’s car: A Captain’s car is their office. Please don’t smoke, spill food or damage it in any way. The next Customer will suffer and the Captain will have to pay for any cleaning or repairs.
How can I find my Customer rating?
To check your customer rating, please follow the below steps
- Select the ‘Car’ tile on the app
- Go to Menu and you will see your rating on the top below your name
