- Check the usage and validity of your package: Ensure that you have sufficient units available for booking a ride.
- Confirm the pickup and drop-off locations: Ensure that the package is for the selected school, as the package is designed for school transportation only. If you have accidentally selected a different location, you will need to cancel your booking and make a new one with the correct locations.
- Select the correct car type: Our standard car type for the package is "Comfort," if you have accidentally selected any other car type (Premium, Kids, Max, Hala) the package might not apply on the booking. You can verify your car type selection by reviewing your booking details before confirming.
