Where can I get more information, support or make a claim?

If you’ve been in an accident and believe you have a claim, we’re here to guide you through every step of the way. Please submit your claim through one of the following channels:

Insurance Claims

  1. Careem App
    • Open the Careem app and submit your claim directly under the Help section.
    • If you need quick assistance, use the Careem Helpline within 1 hour of your ride.
  2. Careem Website
    • Visit careem.com and navigate to the section titled “Where can I get more information, support, or make a claim” to find details about Careem’s network of Third-Party Administrators who handle insurance-related issues for rides.

  3. Contacting Local Insurers
