If, for any reason, your credit/debit card payment fails to go through, you will immediately receive an email to notify you for the failed payment. We will try to charge the same card after 7 days to clear the payment.
To pay for outstanding payments, tap on the 'Outstanding payments' section and follow the given steps on the app. You can pay clear an outstanding amount using an added payment method (e.g. credit card) or you could also settle the balance by paying cash above the booking amount after the completion of a booking.
If you add a new card on your account while you have a negative balance or a pending payment, this will be automatically deducted from the newly added card.
