You will automatically earn points on all rides or orders paid by cash, card, Pay credit or invoice.
Note that you will not earn points on:
- Rides taken using a Package.
- Rides where an instant discount promo code was used.
- Rides for which the fare is waived.
To check the number of points you will earn for a service in your city, follow the below steps:
- On the Careem app home screen, tap on your available points on the top right corner.
- Scroll to the section ‘How it works’.
- Tap on ‘Learn more’.
