- Return the bike to the closest station and press the red button with a ‘wrench’ icon. A red light will turn on, so no other rider can use it until it is fixed by a technician.
- If the bike breaks down or you are unable to move the bike, please reach out to Customer Service on any of the channels. (timings 8 AM - 11 PM).
- If it is past service hours, please keep the bike in your safe possession and share complete details of the situation
