What to do if there is a problem with my bike?
- Return the bike to the closest station.
- Press the red button with a ‘wrench’ icon. This triggers a red light, indicating the e-bike needs maintenance.
If it's after service hours, you are obligated to keep the e-bike in your safe possesion and share complete details of the situation through our bike support channels.
Please ensure the e-bike is not left unattended or unlocked at any time. If the e-bike goes missing or is stolen, a penalty of 3000 is applicable.
What does a red light on the dock mean?
- Red light with a e-bike in the dock indicates that the e-bike is inoperative and cannot be utilized until it undergoes repair by a technician.
- Red light with no e-bike in the dock signifies a malfunction with the dock, rendering it incapable of accepting bike returns.
What should I do if I need to return my E-Bike and the station is full?
In this scenario, we kindly ask that you refrain from leaving the e-bike unattended and unsecured. In case of e-bike missing or stolen, penalty charges of 3000 is applicable.
Instead you may consider, opening the App and locating the nearest station to your location to dock the e-bike.
