How can I pay someone?

To send credit to someone, simply follow these steps after opening the Careem App:

1. Tap on 'All Services'
2. Select ‘Pay someone’ option 
3. Enter the transfer amount
4. Choose your recipient from your contact list

You can choose to send credit using your available balance or by charging your card. Select 'Transfer with Careem Pay' to send credit.

Note:

- Your bank may apply a fee if you use a credit card to send credit. You can use a debit card to avoid any extra fees.

What if I face an error while sending credit?

Here are some steps you can take:

• App version: Update the Careem app to the latest version.
• Bank issue: Ensure Careem is authorized for online transactions.
• Recipient’s Pay Wallet currency: It should match your Wallet currency.
