There could be various factors that affect the delivery of the order. You can reach out to your Captain to check the status of a delayed order. Captain details are available on the order tracking screen once a Captain is assigned.
Note:
If your order is being delivered by the restaurant themselves Careem will not be able to track the order, You will be able to see the restaurant contact number on the page and will need to contact them directly for order updates.
If your issue remains unresolved, you can easily contact us by following the below steps:
- Select 'Menu' on the app homepage
- Select 'Help'
- Your recent order will be visible under 'Food' tile
- Tap on the 'Order' to Contact us
