- Open the Careem app homepage
- Select Profile from the bottom right
- Select 'Help'
- Your current order will be visible under 'Help at your fingertips'
- Select 'Report a problem'
- Select the issue you faced with the order and enter the required details within 4 hours after delivery
- In case of any urgent issues, feel free to call us by selecting 'Get help with food order'
