The PIN may not work if:
- If you book a Economy - Expo booking but share the PIN with a Captain in a non-Careem queue
- If you book a Max - Expo booking but try to share the PIN with an Economy - Expo Captain.
- If the payment method chosen does not have sufficient funds
- If the PIN code has been generated for more than 15 mins (Careem ride) and 45 mins (Hala ride)
- If there is an issue with your profile
- If there is a technical error/glitch
