If you are unable to sign in to your account because of forgotten password, simply reset it by following the steps below:
- Tap on ‘Forgot password’
- An SMS/email will be sent to the registered mobile number and email address with a link to reset password. If you don’t receive this link, report it here
- Open this link and enter the registered name on the account
- Reset your password
- Make sure you create a unique password and do not share your password in emails or other communications.
