Our delivery fee varies based on the distance and time between you and the restaurant you are ordering from. This is to ensure we are fairly compensating our Captains for their effort.
You'll see the final delivery fee amount on the checkout screen.
For Dubai and Jordan: We have also launched a monthly subscription program, Careem Plus, with which you can get your delivery fee waived off for orders above AED 30 for Dubai and JOD 5 for Amman on selected restaurants and a variety of exclusive benefits conveniently gathered for you under one subscription.
Service fee in Dubai:
A 3% fee will be added on your pre-discounted basket value to help us improve our services for you and our Captains. A minimum of AED 0.95, capped at AED 3.95.
