To cancel your subscription, follow the below steps
- Go to the profile section on the app
- Select Careem Plus
- Tap on 'Manage subscription'
- Select 'Cancel my subscription'
- You'll be prompted to confirm once again, you can tap on 'Yes, cancel my subscription'
- You will be required to select the reason for cancellation. Once you select the reason, the subscription will be canceled.
If you want to cancel your subscription and you are outside of U.A.E you can follow the below steps after you open the app screen:
- Click on 'Menu'
- Go to ‘Profile’
- Scroll down and select ‘City’
- Select the city that you want to cancel the subscription from
- Go back to your Profile
- Click on the ‘Careem Plus’ banner
- Click on ‘Manage subscription’ and cancel your subscription.
When you cancel, your subscription won’t renew but you’ll still have access to your benefits for the rest of your subscribed month.
If you choose to cancel, try to cancel 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid subscription charges.
