A school package is a prepaid bundle of rides that can be used for transportation to or from a specific school. School rides were introduced to help parents find an affordable and convenient means for school transportation for their children.
Note:
RTA requirements when it comes to children using Careem cars (Dubai):
- Under 8 years old: Not allowed without an adult companion
- Between 8-11 years old: Allowed with written consent from parent/guardian.
- 12 years and above: Allowed to travel alone
ITC requirements when it comes to children using Careem cars (Abu Dhabi):
- Under 15 years old: Allowed with written consent from parent/guardian.
- 15 years and above: Allowed to travel alone
