How can I use my subscription benefits on Laundry orders?

You can use the subscription benefits by clicking on the 'Laundry' tile on the app screen and following the steps below:

1. Click on ‘Place new order’
2. Select the service you want to use
3. After selecting the services, click on ‘Continue’
4. Select your location, pick up date and time and drop off date and time.
5. The subscription benefits will apply on the payment page on the next screen
6. Click on ‘Place order with Pay’
7. Select your preferred mode of payment and click on ‘Pay with Careem Pay’

Is there a maximum discounted amount?

Yes, you can get up to AED 10 discount per order.
