If you're experiencing issues with booking a ride on our platform, there are a few troubleshooting steps that you can follow to help resolve the issue:
- Check the usage and validity of your package: Ensure that you have sufficient units available for booking a ride.
- Confirm the pickup and drop-off locations: Ensure that the package is for the selected office/educational institute, as the package is designed specifically for the curated list of locations within your city. If you have accidentally selected a different location, you will need to cancel your booking and make a new one with the correct location.
- Select the correct car type: Our standard car type for the package is "Student Rides" (Kuwait)/ "Office Rides" (Amman) if you have accidentally selected any other car type the package might not apply to the booking. Reviewing your booking details before confirming, you can verify your car type selection.
