By choosing to use our Student Rides service, you're agreeing to abide by the following terms:
1- Child Supervision: We require that all children under the age of (18 years old) are accompanied by a responsible adult during their journey.
2- Consent for Independent Travel: By booking a ride for a child below the age of 18 years, you are providing your explicit consent for them to travel unaccompanied.
3- Limitation of Responsibility: Please be aware that while we strive to provide the safest possible service, Careem cannot be held liable for any incidents or issues that might occur during the journey. It is the responsibility of the parents/guardians to ensure their child is prepared and capable of undertaking the journey.
4- Adherence to General Terms: By utilising the Student Rides service, you're confirming your agreement with the General Terms and Conditions set by Careem.
5- Number of Rides: 20 prepaid rides to or from the customers’ selected office.
6- Validity: 45 days starting from the date of package purchase.
7- Exceeding the package distance: The customer will be charged an additional unit from the office package
8- Permitted Locations & Radius: to apply the package, you must add the office's location to pick up or drop off within a radius of 500 metres.
9- Extra waiting time in a ride: When an office’s ride exceeds one hour, an additional unit will be deducted for every additional 30 minutes spent on the ride.
