- With an active pay-as-you-go pass, you only pay for the minutes you use, 1 to unlock, and then per-minute fees apply from the minute of unlock. This rate may vary based on demand to help ensure availability across the network.
- Pass availability, pricing and applicable free minutes may vary based on seasonal periods and demand surges.
- A small amount will be temporarily held to validate payment method. Only trip cost will be charged once ride is completed and remaining will be released.

How to buy a subscription? (Bike Pass)
- Tap 'E-Bike' from the App home screen.
- Tap 'Purchase a pass' (or the 'Save with a Bike Pass' toggle on the map screen).
- Review and choose the pass that suits you.
- Select your preferred payment method.
- Unlock your bike and start riding.
To ride the bike without a pass:
- Tap the 'E-Bike' from the App home screen.
- Tap 'Scan to ride'.
- Check the map screen for the unlock and per-minute fees.
- Scan the QR code on the bike.
- Select your preferred payment method.
- Unlock your bike and start riding!
What are my options as a tourist?
Tourist users currently have access exclusively to the Pay as you go pass, offering a simple and flexible option for short-term stay visitors.
Service charges overview
- With a daily pass, enjoy unlimited trips up to the included free minutes, then standard extra-time fees apply.
- With the weekly passes, enjoy unlimited free 45-minute rides, then AED 10 for every extra 30 minutes apply.
- The single trip pass includes one free 45-minute ride, then AED 10 for every extra 30 minutes.
- With the pay-as-you-go pass, you only pay for the time you ride, AED 1 to unlock, and then a per-minute charge applies from the moment of unlock.
- The one-month pass includes 90 unlocks with a free 45-minute ride with each unlock, then AED 10 for every extra 30 minutes applied.
Will I get a receipt for my e-bike ride/subscription?
Yes, you will receive an email receipt when you purchase a subscription or when the extension fare is charged.
