What are the subscription plans?

Note:

• These are fixed charges for the defined period.
• 45 minutes free with each unlock valid on the One Day, One Week & One Month pass
• AED 0.5/min from the minute of unlock on the One Month (Go Flexi) and One Year (Go Flexi) passes
• AED 10 for every additional 30 minutes, beyond the initial 45 minutes on the Single Trip, daily, weekly and monthly passes

How can I purchase a bike subscription?

To purchase a bike subscription you can follow the below steps: 

1. Click on 'All services' from the Everything App home page
2. Click 'Bike'
3. Select the station that you want to take the bike from
4. Tap on 'Purchase a pass'
5. Select your preferred pass 
6. Refer details of the pass to select the most suitable one
7. Select your preferred payment method 

Will I get a receipt for my bike ride/subscription?

Yes, you will receive an email receipt when you purchase a subscription or when the extension fare is charged.
