If you are applying by visiting Careem office, these are the steps:
- Visit the respective front office with all the original documents
- All the documents and photos are taken and uploaded in the system
- Attend the training session
- After this, the profile is submitted to backend team for further processing
- Captain will be notified once their profile is created and activated
If you are applying online on drive.careem.com, these are the steps:
- Upload the documents in the system along with the photo
- Choose to attend online or in-office training
- After completing training , the profile goes for backend processing, and the Captain is then called by the respective office for any follow-up or corrections
- The account will be sent to the respective government entity for approval, also you will have to go to Absher app (governmental app) and accept running a background check.
- Captain will be notified once their profile is created and activated
