- Scroll down and tap 'Get help'
- Select your relevant scenario and fill in the details
- Tap 'Next'
- Provide the required details
- Tap 'Report missing items'
2. Online/Web Support (Available 24/7)
- Visit help.careem.com.
- Fill in your information (add as much detail as possible so that the agent can help you with your concern).
- Tap 'Submit'
Note for Rides:
- Call support is only available during the ride or 1 hour post ride.
- Call support is not available for Rides in Qatar.
