Navigating the Help Centre

The Careem Help Centre lets you find answers and get support without leaving the app.

Accessing the Help Topics:

Browse general articles on how Careem's services work, such as how to create an account, the locations we operate, or how to add a card.

1. Open the Careem app.
2. Tap Activities from the navigation bar at the bottom.
3. Tap Help from the top right corner.
4. Select the service you want to know about.
5. Scroll to Help Topics to browse articles.

You can also visit help.careem.com from any browser if you are not logged into the app.

Getting Help for a Specific Ride or Order

Use this if you have an issue with a specific trip, delivery, or transaction. Your request is linked directly to that order so the support team can look into it.

1. Tap on Activities from the navigation bar at the bottom.
2. Tap on Help.
3. Select the service you want help with
4. Select the order/ride you want help with.
5. Select your relevant scenario.
6. Add the relevant details
7. Submit the request.

Note for Rides: 

Call support:

• Available while on a ride or up to 1 hour after it ends. 
• Not available in Egypt and Qatar.
