Accessing the Help Topics:
Browse general articles on how Careem's services work, such as how to create an account, the locations we operate, or how to add a card.
- Open the Careem app.
- Tap Activities from the navigation bar at the bottom.
- Tap Help from the top right corner.
- Select the service you want to know about.
- Scroll to Help Topics to browse articles.
You can also visit help.careem.com from any browser if you are not logged into the app.
Getting Help for a Specific Ride or Order
Use this if you have an issue with a specific trip, delivery, or transaction. Your request is linked directly to that order so the support team can look into it.
- Tap on Activities from the navigation bar at the bottom.
- Tap on Help.
- Select the service you want help with
- Select the order/ride you want help with.
- Select your relevant scenario.
- Add the relevant details
- Submit the request.
Note for Rides:
Call support:
- Available while on a ride or up to 1 hour after it ends.
- Not available in Egypt and Qatar.
