For existing Careem Customers:
If your email or mobile number matches the Wusool account email and mobile number: The Wusool car type will appear automatically on the Careem app for you to use.
If your email or mobile number is different than your Wusool account:
- Go to the Careem app
- Select profile on the homepage
- Tap on ‘Personal information’ under ‘Your account'
- Change the number or email address to be the same as your Wusool account
- The Wusool car type will appear on the Careem app
Note that if you are an existing Corporate Wusool customer, you will need to contact Careem support to update your details.
For new Careem Customers:
- Sign up on Careem and create an account
- Use the same name, number and email address which was used to create the Wusool account
