Top up Pay Wallet with Card:
- Click ‘Pay’ on the app homepage
- Click 'Balance' under Wallet & Payments
- Select 'Top-up wallet'
- Enter the amount you want to top up
- Select your preferred payment method
- Click on 'Add funds to Careem Pay'
The top up amount should reflect in your Careem Wallet immediately.
Note:
- Bank may apply fees for credit card use
- You can use your debit card to avoid any extra fees
What if I face an error while adding credit?:
- App Version: Update the Careem app to latest version
- Bank Authorization: Careem should be authorized by your bank for online transactions
- Credit Limit: If you have reached your daily limit, try again after 24 hours
