Adding money to your wallet using a voucher

Simply follow these steps:

1. Select ‘Pay’ on the App homepage 
2. Click ‘Pay’ on the app homepage
3. Click 'Balance' under Wallet & Payments 
4. Select 'Apply voucher'
5. Enter the voucher code 
6. Click on 'Apply code'

Where to get the vouchers from?

These vouchers are handed out occasionally by Careem or by our partners.

What if my voucher is not working?

Check the following:

• Expiry date of the voucher
• Terms and conditions mentioned on the voucher
