Payment methods

You can pay for your order using cash, credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or your Careem Pay wallet.

To add a card via the Careem Pay wallet:

Open the Careem App and follow the below steps:

1. Click on the 3 horizontal lines on the top right corner
2. Click on 'Profile'
3. Select 'Cards and accounts'
4. Click on 'Add+' next to cards
5. Enter your card number, expiration date (MM/YY), CVV/CSC number, and nickname (optional).
6. Tap ‘Verify card’

To add a card during checkout:

1. On the checkout screen, scroll to the bottom.
2. Tap on the drop-down next to ‘Pay amount’
3. Tap ‘Add+’
4. Enter your card details.
5. Tap Verify Card.

Note:

• You may receive an OTP to verify your card.
• A small temporary hold may apply and will be released automatically.
• Your card details are stored securely.
