If you see an outstanding payment or balance on your account, it could mean a transaction from your payment method was unsuccessful. This can happen when:
- You have insufficient funds in your selected payment method
- You underpaid the Captain
- A technical issue caused a transaction to fail
You can verify the above by checking the details of the transaction history from the Careem Pay section and by comparing it with your payment method's statement. Please settle the payment by topping up your Careem Pay account or through direct payment via credit card as soon as possible to continue using Careem services.
