All riders should also wear a helmet to reduce the risk of head injury in case of an accident. Ensure that you adhere to local laws at all times when cycling.
How to ride the e-bike safely?
Before starting a ride:
Adjust the seat for your height, press the brakes to check the resistance, and check that the tires are inflated. Do not ride a faulty e-bike.
While riding the e-bike:
- Wear a helmet and reflective vest
- Obey all traffic signs and signals
- Keep both hands on the handlebar (unless signalling)
- Yield to pedestrians
- Never ride distracted
- Use hand signals
