For cash pick up transactions: The recipient must visit the designated pickup location within 14 Days with the reference number (shared by sender) and a valid NIC/Photo ID. If the funds are not collected within this 14-day window, the transaction will be automatically cancelled and refunded to the sender

- When sending transfers to the UK or Canada, please ensure you have the recipient’s account number and sort code ready.
- Verify before you send:
Since some banks do not support instant payments we recommend using a sort code checker first. This confirms the recipient's bank is able to receive electronic transfers, preventing potential delays or returns.
