To remove a bank account from your profile, please follow these steps:
- Tap on 'Menu'
- Select 'Profile' from the menu
- Scroll and tap on 'Cards and Accounts'
- Locate the account you want to remove under 'Bank accounts'
- Click on 'Edit' next to bank account
- Tap 'Delete' to remove the account.
Note:
If the 'Edit' option isn’t clickable under Net Banking, a bank-imposed cool off period may be in effect. A message will show the time remaining until editing or removal is available, and you'll receive a notification once the period ends.
