To remove a bank account from your profile, please follow these steps:
- Tap 'Profile' from the App homepage.
- Scroll and tap on 'Cards and Accounts'
- Locate the account you want to remove under 'Bank accounts'
- Click on 'Edit' next to bank account
- Tap 'Delete' to remove the account.
Note:
If the ‘Edit’ button is greyed out, it means your bank has placed a short cool-off period. You will see a message with the time left, and we’ll notify you when the account becomes editable or removable again.
