- Open the Careem App
- Click on the 3 horizontal lines on the top right corner
- Click on ‘Activities’
- Select the ‘Rides’ tab
- Select the ride that you want support with
- Click on ‘Get help with this ride’
- Select the relevant reason to reach out to us

2. Online/web support:
If you are not a registered Careem user, help is also accessible from the website.
How to reach out?
- Visit help.careem.com
- Provide the details mentioned
- Click on submit

3. Call support:
Contact us directly through phone support.
How to reach out?
- Open the Careem App
- Click on the 3 horizontal lines on the top right corner

- Select the relevant reason and click on ‘Call us’
Note:
- Call support is only available during the ride or 1 hour post ride.
- Call support is not available in Qatar
4. Live chat:
Chat with our support team in real time on the Careem App.
How to reach out?
In-ride:
- Open the Careem App
- Click on the on-going ride tracker on the App home page
- Scroll down and click on ‘Need our help?’
- Select ‘Chat with us’

- Live chat is available during the ride.
- Live chat is not available in UAE.
5.Safety and security support:
Help is always available if you face a safety related issue in your ride.
How to reach out?
For Egypt, Qatar & Bahrain:
- Click on ‘Menu’ from the app homepage
- Click on ‘Help’
- Select ‘Rides’ from the carousel on top
- Choose the trip you’d like to report
- Select ‘I want to report a safety issue’
- Select the reason that best describes your concern and share as much detail as possible.
For all other cities:
- Click on ‘Menu’ from the app homepage
- Click on ‘Help’
- Select ‘Rides’ from the carousel on top
- Choose the trip you'd like to report
- Click on ‘Get help with this ride’
- Tap ‘Other’
- Select the reason that best describes your concern and share as much detail as possible.

Call us: You can call us while you are in-ride or 1 hour post-ride.
- Phone support is currently unavailable in Qatar, please use the in-app help for assistance. - Message us: You can message us 24/7, and we will get back to you at the earliest.
