Why am I unable to call Careem?
If you are unable to connect to Careem, it could be because your number is not registered with us.
You can only call us using your registered phone number. If you need to update your phone number, please follow the steps below.
- Login to your account
- Tap on 'Menu'
- Go to profile and click on Personal information
- Update your mobile number
