Delivery Fee:
Our delivery fee varies based on the distance and time between you and the restaurant you are ordering from. This is to ensure we are fairly compensating our Captains for their efforts.
You'll see the final delivery fee amount on the checkout screen.
Service fee in Dubai:
A 4% fee will be added to your pre-discounted basket value to help us improve our services for you and our Captains. A minimum of AED 0.95, capped at AED 3.95.
Service fee in Jordan:
There is a minimum charge of 0.05 JOD and it is capped at 0.75 JOD based on your basket value.
Food item pricing:
We encourage restaurants to always use the same pricing for delivery as they do for their in-house menu.
Note:
Dubai, KSA and Jordan: We have launched a monthly subscription program, Careem Plus, with which you can get your delivery fee waived for orders above AED 30 for Dubai, SAR 40 for Riyadh and JOD 5 for Amman on selected restaurants and a variety of exclusive benefits conveniently gathered for you under one subscription.
