If you are an existing Careem user, make sure to register at Wusool using the same mobile number registered at Careem.
If your Careem email or mobile number is different than Wusool account:
- Go to the Careem app
- Select profile on the homepage
- Tap on ‘Personal information’ under ‘Your account’
- Change the number or email address to be the same as Wusool account
- The Wusool car type will appear on the Careem app
Note that if you are an existing Corporate Wusool customer, you will need to contact Careem support to update your details.
