This can happen because:
- The trip is not from/to your 'Work' location
- The maximum discount balance per month has been used already
- You have exceeded the limit of 4 trips per day
If this is not the case, you can report the ride by following the steps below
- Select ‘Wusool’ on the app
- Go to the side menu and select 'Help'
- Your most recent ride will be displayed on top. You can choose the ride to report a problem
