You can view the response to your complaint by checking your Support inbox. The Support inbox holds complaints you've made through the app in the last 60 days. Here, you can check their status and communicate with us by reading and replying to messages.
To access the Support Inbox:
- Tap the 'Activities' from the App homepage.
- Choose ‘Help’.
- Select ‘Read messages’ under the Support Inbox section.
Note:
You cannot file a new complaint from the Support Inbox. You can only view or respond to existing ones.
