After each ride, both Captains and customers are prompted to rate each other. This ensures a great experience for everyone involved.
Your rating, scored out of 5 stars, reflects an average of all the ratings you've received from Captains. Keep in mind that sometimes captains forget to rate the trips which may result in a decrease in the overall rating.
Tips to increase your rating:
- Greet politely: Please greet your Captain with a friendly 'hello' or 'Salam'. A simple gesture like this sets a positive tone for your ride.
- Ensure smooth pickup: Double-check that your pickup location is accurate and be prepared to depart promptly when your Captain arrives. This helps minimise waiting times and avoids any inconvenience caused by illegal parking.
- Respect the Captain's vehicle: Remember, a Captain's car is their workplace. Please refrain from smoking, spilling food, or causing any damage. Any harm to the vehicle can inconvenience the next customer and result in the Captain bearing the cost of cleaning or repairs.
How can I find my Customer rating?
To check your customer rating, please follow the below steps
- Select the ‘Menu’ option on the top right corner of the App
- Go to Menu and click on 'Profile' to see your rating on the top of the screen located right below your name.
