Once your Captain has left the store, they won’t be able to add or remove items.
This helps us make sure your order reaches you quickly and smoothly.
If you do need to make a change, here’s what to do:
- Tap on ‘Activities’ from the App homepage.
- Select 'Shops' from the carousel on top.
- You’ll see your recent order.
- Tap ‘Get help with order’ to reach us directly.
We’ll do our best to sort it out for you.
Note:
- Once a Quik order is placed, the order cannot be amended.
- In case of unavailability of items on Shops, you will get a notification to select alternate options.
