Once your Captain has left the store, they won’t be able to add or remove items.
This helps us make sure your order reaches you quickly and smoothly.
If you do need to make a change, here’s what to do:
- Tap the ‘Menu’ icon at the top right of the app homepage
- Select ‘Help’
- You’ll see your current order under Help. Tap ‘Get help with Quik order’ to reach us directly
