To cancel an order, tap on 'Cancel' within 5 seconds of ordering. If you want to cancel after 5 seconds, reach out to us by following the steps below:
- Click on 'Menu' at the top right on the app homepage
- Click on 'Help'
- Your current order will be visible under Help at your fingertips. Click on 'Get help with groceries order' to contact us.
