You can cancel your order by tapping ‘Cancel’ within 5 seconds of placing it.
If more than 5 seconds have passed, you can still reach out to us for help.
Here’s how:
- Tap 'Menu' at the top right of the app homepage.
- Select 'Help' from the list.
- Your current order will appear. Tap 'Get help with groceries order' to get in touch
Keep in mind that full charges may apply if the cancellation is requested after the initial window.
Note: If your order has already been prepared or the Captain is en route, cancellation may not be possible.
