To cancel an order, tap on 'Cancel' within 5 seconds of ordering.
If you want to cancel after 5 seconds, reach out to us by following the steps below:
- Click on 'Menu' at the top right on the app homepage
- Click on 'Help'
- Your current order will be visible under Help at your fingertips. Click on the relevant reason to contact us.
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, if an order is cancelled more than 5 seconds after being placed, a charge will apply, and the amount will be non-refundable. This helps us cover the costs of processing your order and preparing for delivery.
