Once your order is placed and a Captain is assigned, you can track it in real time.
Here’s how:
- Open the app homepage. Your current order will appear at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap on the order tracker to see the latest status.
Alternatively, you can:
- Tap on ‘Quik’ or ‘Supermarkets’ from the homepage.
- Select your current order from the bottom of the screen to view your Captain’s location and progress.
Tip: You’ll also receive live updates through app notifications (if switched on) as your order moves through each stage.
