Do the e-bikes fit everyone?
Careem e-bikes are designed to fit riders of all heights and sizes. At the bottom of the seat post, there is a black lever that allows you to adjust the seat to your height. The seat post also has reference numbers, so you can remember your height setting.
e-Scooter Features
- All Careem e-Scooters are fully electric, powered by an electric motor.
- Slide the e-Scooter to gain momentum, then push the “Go” lever, and the motor will power up automatically.
e-Bike and e-Scooter Status and Battery Indicators
- Status LED: The LED light indicates the status of the e-Bike/e-Scooter, allowing customers to easily identify if the bike is available to use or not. Red light means, the vehicle is unavailable. So ensure you scan e-Bike/e-Scooter's where the Green light is shown.
- Battery Status LED: The dotted arc below the speed shows the battery level. More dots mean a higher charge, while fewer dots indicate a low battery. The percentage is not shown as a number.
Note: You must be 15 years or older to ride with Careem e-bike or e-scooter.
