Dock:
The dock is what holds the available e-bikes and e-scooters at a station. e-Bikes & e-scooters are locked into a docking port and can only be unlocked by scanning the QR code on the e-bike frame or on the e-scooter top screen.
Kiosk or a Map frame:
A kiosk or map frame is located at most stations. This is where you will find the Careem Bike station map and information on how to use the e-bike and e-scooter.
