- Return the e-bike/e-scooter to the nearest station and push firmly into the dock.
- Tap the End Trip button in the app to complete your ride and avoid charges.
- If you are unable to move the bike please reach out to Careem Bike support
- If it is past service hours you are obligated to keep the bike in your safe possession and share complete details of the situation here

- Leaving an e-bike or e-scooter unattended or abandoned may lead to penalties.
