- Try and find the next nearest Careem Bike station to you
- If you have difficulty finding an empty station please reach out to Careem Bike Support
- Ensure, once e-bike/e-scooter is returned and docked at the station, click the End Trip button in the app to complete the ride. Check the article 'How do I return an e-bike/e-scooter'
Note: We urge you not to leave the bike pr scooter unattended and unsecured at any point of time to avoid charges of up to 3000 in case of damage or loss of the Bike.
