To cancel your pass auto-renewal:
- Click on E-Bike from the App homepage.
- Tap on the 'Menu' icon on the top right corner.
- Go to 'Profile'.
- Select your city (choose the city where the subscription was purchased, especially if abroad).
- Return to the Bike homepage.
- Tap the blue toggle showing the active pass.
- Click 'Cancel Renewal'.
- Confirm cancellation.
- Your renewal is now cancelled successfully.
- We kindly ask you to manage your subscription, as no refunds will be provided for auto-renewals, even if unused.
- Your subscription may auto-renew and be charged at any time on the renewal date unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
