Captains are expected to wait 5-10 mins before they are allowed to cancel the ride and carry on accepting other bookings.
Be ready at the pick-up point as soon as your Captain arrives to avoid waiting and/or cancellation. You can request your Captain to wait a little longer which will incur waiting charges.
If the Captain cancels after waiting the full release time, you may be subject to cancellation charges.
