How can I cancel a ride?

To cancel NOW bookings: 
 

Just tap ‘Cancel ride’ at the bottom of the booking screen before your Captain arrives.

To cancel LATER bookings: 

1. Tap on ‘Activities’ from the bottom of the App homepage.
2. Under ‘Rides’ find your upcoming booking.
3. Tap ‘Cancel Ride’.
