You can update your drop-off location on the app while you’re on a ride
Note:
- You can change the date, time, and pickup location before a Captain is assigned.
- Once a Captain is assigned, you cannot change the pickup location on the app but can still update the drop-off location. For Go 3ala Kefak, changes are not allowed.
- If your ride has pre-authorized payment, you cannot update the drop-off location.
- For immediate changes when the Captain is en route, please call the Captain directly.
