- Select the ‘Rides’ tab
- Select the ride that you want support with
- Click on ‘Get help with this ride’
- Select the relevant reason to reach out to us

If you are not a registered Careem user, help is also accessible from the website.

- Call support is only available during the ride or 1 hour post ride.
- Call support is not available in Qatar
4.Safety and security support:
Help is always available if you face a safety related issue in your ride.
How to reach out?
- Click on ‘Activities’ from the app homepage
- Click on ‘Help’
- Select ‘Rides’ from the carousel on top
- Choose the trip you’d like to report
- Select ‘I want to report a safety issue’
- Select the reason that best describes your concern and share as much detail as possible.
