We do our best to provide you with all the help you may need in our FAQs. If you need to get in touch with us regarding a recent or past ride, you can follow the below steps:
- Select the 'Car' tile on the app
- Go to Menu and select 'Help'
- Your most recent ride will be displayed on top. You can choose from the listed reasons to report a problem.
- If you want support on a past ride, select 'Show past rides' and choose the ride to report a problem.
Careem currently only offers telephone support through the app if you’re currently in a ride you have scheduled a ride for later, and shortly after your ride.
